CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email).
2. Cancellation will be rejected once the contract is signed. REFUND POLICY
1. We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method.
2. Refund of deposit payment shall conduct within 24 hours upon signing of check out form and confirmation of zero damages, claim and other additional costs. We reserve the right to minus the damages and additional cost on the check out form and refund the balance payment to you.
