We are looking for candidates who:

✅ Take initiative to research and solve problems
✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
✅ Are responsible, organised, punctual and self-motivated
✅ Can follow company procedures and document completed work
✅ Understand the importance of customer privacy and data security
✅ Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✅ Have a positive attitude and are willing to improve continuously
Technical Support candidates should preferably have:
• Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware and networking
• Experience installing and troubleshooting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users
Sales & Marketing candidates should preferably have:
• Interest in ICT products, software and digital solutions
• Good presentation, communication and customer-service skills
• Confidence in approaching and following up with customers
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Willingness to learn the company’s products and solutions
