A start up company hiring a business administrator.
Job Description
Customer Relations Management
-Handle inbound customers calls and enquiries about order status
-Follow with their purchase to make sure satisfactory and collect feedback
-Communication with customers via Mailchimp
-Maintain customer base for loyalty program
**If you are able to make customers to purchase again / get new customer for us,we will give you commission on the sales.
Internal administration
-Handle minor miscellaneous tasks upon request, such as updating the invoice format, raise quotation, help to call vendor and etc.
eCommerce / Company website maintenance
-Assist to maintain and update company eCommerce website on pricing, photos and etc.
Job Features/ Requirements
- Semi-Flexi Working Hours (Available when we need you from 9am to 5pm, especially there are customers call or request)
- Work from Home, Office available soon but even so, can work from home and be in office on need basis only
- Opportunities to grow with founders, direct supervision under founders
- Proficiency in English, comfortable to interact with people. Possesses computer literacy.
- Prefer girl and you are allowed to have side hustle provided you completed the assigned tasks and available when we need you. Because we hire you to ease our workload.
- Able to tolerate imperfect process and work under ambiguity as we are also learning as a start up company.
