Job Title : Sales Executive/ sales team

Responsibilities
-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
-Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
-Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current & potential clients.
-Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer's enquiry, making appointments and after sales service.
Closing sales.
-Receiving and checking stock.
-Handling with payment.
-Reporting stock discrepancies to superior.
-To support existing customers and to obtain orders in relation to the potential of the business.
-To set and develop specific objectives for each industry and key accounts; and to work towards achievement of those objectives.
-Managed technical integration, systems engineering program management, customer support and program management
Provided technical troubleshooting and problem solving for clients with installed equipment or system issues.
-Prepared cost estimates and bid documents by studying customer RFPs and consulting with project managers.
-Issuing invoices and following up outstanding payments
-To promote Company's products and services to meet customer’s requirements.

Requirements
Fresh Graduate / with 1 year experience can apply.
Proficiency in English
Computer literate and Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with SQL software is a plus
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Preferable Female/Male candidates.

Full Job Description
We are looking for an organized, experienced store keeper to be responsible for all stock, staff management, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and may manage purchase and change orders.

Store Keeper Responsibilities:

Take initiative to learn
Keep track of stock
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
Responsible for packing, labeling, and returning supplies
Storekeeper Requirements- Skills

1-2 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
With working knowledge of storekeeping, general warehousing, and familiarity with issuing, stocking, ordering and receiving parts/supplies, and understanding of cycle counts on inventory. It is also important that they can operate equipment such as forklift and light trucks in a safe manner, and in compliance with standard operating policies and procedures
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
The job of a storekeeper requires some physical labor.
Able to work independently and highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
