Job Scope
• Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigating accidents and implementing preventative measures.
• Maintaining safety records, documentation, and incident reports in accordance with established protocols.
• Keep abreast of changes in safety laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Working with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and raise safety awareness.
• Prepare monthly report for employer on the safety and health programs, training, inspection, contingency plan, corrective action and preventive measure carried out at the work place.
• Providing all related staffs with training on cyber security and user privacy protection awareness and security guidelines
• Communicate safety-related information to all levels of the organization and facilitate safety meetings to discuss concerns, provide updates, and share best practices.
• Support on-site external audit related to safety, privacy data protection and cybersecurity conducted by external providers.
• Any other task assigned by the superior¬¬
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Safety, Health & Environmental or related discipline
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Meticulous and possess good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with high sense of commitment to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel.
