Kami telah mengesan satu insiden kabel putus yang mengakibatkan ganguan sambungan kepada pelanggan unifi (mobile dan fiber) dan Streamyx di Pantai Remis, Sitiawan, Tanjung Malim dan Tapah. Lebih dari satu kabel utama telah rosak.
Pasukan teknikal kami telah pun berada di lokasi kejadian dan sedang berusaha membaiki kerosakan kabel secepat mungkin. Punca kejadian kabel putus ini dipercayai akibat perbuatan vandalisme.
Oleh sebab kerumitan aktiviti penyambungan semula, kerja baik pulih kabel akan mengambil sedikit masa sebelum semua perkhidmatan yang terjejas akan dapat dipulihkan.

We have detected a cable cut incident affecting unifi (mobile and fiber) and Streamyx subscribers in Pantai Remis, Sitiawan, Tanjung Malim and Tapah. Multiple main connection cables are damaged.
Our technical team is already on location and repairs are already underway. The cause of the cable cut is believed due to vandalism.
Due to the complexity of the connectivity, it will take some time until all affected services will be restored but be assured that our technical team is working around the clock to get everything back to normal as quickly as we can.
