✨ 🏮🏮 As we enter the Year of the Horse, we’re reminded that true strength is not found in running unchecked, but in being formed. 🏮🏮✨

While the horse is powerful — built for speed, endurance, and hard work, Left untrained, that strength is restless and unfocused.

But when shaped through discipline and humility, the same strength becomes purposeful — able to carry weight, endure the journey, and respond to the lightest guidance.

Perhaps this new year calls us to the same posture

to embrace the work of formation, to build the right muscles, and to allow our strength and potential to be directed toward the right purpose.

✨🏮🏮Smiles, ink-stained hands, and a moment of shared joy as we welcomed the Lunar New Year together. 🏮🏮✨

On 9 February, we held our Chinese New Year Lunch Event. We were split into five teams, taking part in a CNY Trivia Quiz Game, Chinese Calligraphy Competition, and Orange Peeling Competition. 🍊

Smiles and laughter filled the office as colleagues dipped their brushes in ink, working together to write “身体健康, 万事如意” on red paper. 🧧

Afterwards, everyone gathered around a large round dining table for an early tossing of Yee Sang, celebrating Chinese New Year together.🧨

A huge thank you to the organizing team for setting up the event, ordering delicious CNY food, and creating games that helped everyone learn and experience more of the CNY culture.

As part of celebrating 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, we took time away from our usual work for Re:mind Psychology Center Art of Communication Workshop, and it was truly rewarding! We explored the importance of open communication for well-being and team connection, with exercises like individual drawings for self-expression and group drawings to practice organizational communication.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our 𝟑-𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐀𝐈 at HTC! Over the past three months, we have had the privilege of working with a group of incredibly talented and dedicated individuals. 🌟 𝐇𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐫𝐲 will be embarking on a new journey as a Risk Analyst at Public Bank.

🌟 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐡 faces an exciting choice: to become a lecturer or to pursue her PhD.

🌟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐬 is all set to dive into the tech industry with his newly acquired skills and knowledge.

🌟 𝐄-𝐉𝐢𝐞 will be pursuing a Master's in Data Science at University Malaya this Fall, with plans to join the workforce post-graduation.

🌟 𝐒𝐚𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 will begin his new adventure right here with us at HT Consulting.
