Job Role: Software Support Executive
Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
**Provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers.
Record the call logs and compile frequently asked questions.
*To build, update and maintain training materials, assignments, and question papers.
*To administer matters related to software training
*To conduct training on the courses for learners
Requirements:
*At least SPM, Diploma in Information Technology, and Business Administration equivalents.
*Able to write and speak in English, Malay & Mandarin.
*Basic computer knowledge is a must.
*Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently.
*Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
*Process own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
*Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.

*欢迎应届毕业生申请,将提供培训。
*呼叫中心或帮助台经验是加分项。
*拥有自己的交通工具和愿意出差是加分项。
