Not Just a Cup of Coffee; It’s About Creating Delightful Moments ✨
At CompAsia, we believe that the little meaningful changes make a big difference in our workplace experience. Recently, we upgraded our coffee machine, but it wasn’t just about the machine itself. It was about the delightful moments this upgrade created for our people.
From testing various coffee machines to voting and selecting the final choice, our people had a say in the entire process. This simple change has brought a lot of joy to our office, resulting in better coffee quality and a stronger sense of community. We’re pretty sure our Starbucks nearby might notice a drop in visits from us – but don’t worry, we’ll still support our local coffee spots (or not😉).
