Job description

Support Customer Network, Server, Cloud and IT technical problems

Provide solutions to customers IT related problems

Install and implement Servers, Networking, Firewall, VPN, Backup and Wireless project

To perform IT Outsource Managed Service

To perform Cybersecurity Network and System

To implement Cloud Server at Datacenter

To perform R&D for IT product

To remote support customers servers and network system

To establish good rapport with clients

Requirements

Diploma/Degree Holder with minimum 1 year working experienced in related field

Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

Must have good attitude when meet clients

Must have enthusiasm in IT Technology and willing to learn (Training will be provided)

Process own transport and willing to travel outstation

Good knowledge in Window Operating System and Computers hardware, added advantage if have knowledge of Servers and Firewall

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CCNA certification is added advantage

Willing to work in Damansara, Klang Valley and Outstation

Full time position available

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is encourage to apply for this position. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
