👶 Add a Child Profile on Your Kindle! 📚

Want to create a reading space just for your child? It's simple!

Go to Menu > Settings > Household & Family Library > Add a New Person > Add Child. Enter the parental control password, then add your child's name, birthday, and gender. Select the books you'd like to include in their library, tap Next, and you're done!

Now your child has their own personalized library on your Kindle. 📚✨

📚 𝕯𝖆𝖎𝖑𝖞 𝕿𝖎𝖕: Keep Your Kindle Organized with Collections! 📚

Too many books cluttering up your Kindle? Keep things tidy by creating a Collection! Here’s how:

1. Tap Menu on the top right of your Kindle screen.
2. Select 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, type a name, and tap 𝗢𝗞.
3. Check the box next to each book you want in the collection, then select 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗲.

You can customize how you view Collections:
Go to 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 > 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 > 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 > 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 & 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 > 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and choose from three options:
- Show Only in Collections View
- Show Favorites in Library
- Show All in Library

To add books later, long-press on a Collection and tap 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗧𝗼/𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. You can also rename, delete, or mark a collection as a favorite!

Here’s how:
1. While reading, tap the top of the screen to bring up the toolbar.
2. Tap the Ａａ icon.
3. Select 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝘁, then 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆.
4. Choose from several fonts and adjust the size and style to your liking.

🔋 𝕯𝖆𝖎𝖑𝖞 𝕿𝖎𝖕: Extend Your Kindle's Battery Life! 🔋

Planning a long trip or just want to stretch your Kindle’s battery life? Here’s how you can conserve power:

1. 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Swipe down on the screen for Quick Actions and lower the brightness using the slider or the + and - buttons. If your Kindle has Auto Brightness, uncheck the box next to it in the same menu.

2. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Swipe down for Quick Actions and tap the airplane icon to enable Airplane Mode. Just note that your Kindle won’t sync, so if you switch to a Kindle app on another device, you won’t pick up where you left off.

3. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵: While you’re in Quick Actions, make sure Bluetooth is off to save even more battery.
