COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the landscape of internet application everywhere. The pandemic necessitates almost all Malaysians from various walk of lives the adaptation of internet application in their daily lives. One Safiyah a standard five student at a school in Kg Balun Bidai, Teluk Intan has to attend online learning to continue her elementary school studies. An internet broadband access which is previously just a want to some individuals has now become a need to almost anyone.
In order to cope with the new norm of carrying out the activities online, Malaysians are impelled to make the internet broadband available for themselves. Those with some IT knowledges might have no issues in arranging such services for them. They are few, however, who are having difficulty in getting it done successfully.
