Business:
KHA Parts , an automotive spare parts distributor supplying parts to the automotive industry.

Problem:
Limited warehouse space with growing order volumes. Only 1,000 sq ft between mezzanines, leaving little room to expand storage.

Solution:
Implemented PingSpace Matrix system, utilizing the 6.2m ceiling height across 14 vertical levels.
