🖇️Deskripsi kerja:

1. Memastikan persekitaran yang bersih dan higienik untuk pelanggan. Tugas dan tanggungjawab merangkumi kawasan pejabat, tandas dan bilik mesyuarat, termasuk:

a) Menyapu, mengemop, memvakum dan mengelap lantai serta permukaan bagi mengekalkan kebersihan dan kekemasan.
b) Membersihkan kawasan yang kerap disentuh seperti pemegang pintu, kaunter dan sebagainya.
c) Membersihkan dan menyelenggara tandas serta memastikan bekalan keperluan sentiasa mencukupi.
d) Mengosongkan tong sampah dan menggantikan plastik sampah dengan segera.
e) Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang berkaitan.

2. Melaporkan sebarang masalah penyelenggaraan kepada pasukan penyelenggaraan.
3. Mematuhi protokol dan prosedur keselamatan yang ditetapkan.
4. Melaksanakan tugas pembersihan secara rutin harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
5. Memaklumkan pihak pengurusan mengenai keperluan bekalan yang perlu ditambah.
6. Mematuhi semua polisi dan prosedur syarikat.
7. Melaksanakan tanggungjawab lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

1. Position: Material Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
* According to the project plan/customer requirements, communicate promptly with PM, purchasing, quality, engineering, customs, and sales departments to ensure internal and external coordination. Proactively provide feedback on targets to be achieved and items requiring assistance.
* Based on customer requirements, production capacity, yield rate, and material lead time (L/T), prepare material requirement plans and issue material and incoming material plans.
* Coordinate and follow up on the complete arrival of relevant materials, and handle any abnormal issues during the process to ensure overall delivery timelines are met.
* Plan raw material inventory levels and optimize them based on actual conditions to improve inventory turnover.
* Lead cross-departmental meetings to discuss solutions for material shortages or stagnant inventory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Experience in dealing with overseas clients; supply chain management experience is preferred.
• Proactive and responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork and good communication and coordination skills.
