When computer wifi looks like working fine but cannot connect to home / office network, why???
Don't headache, if you are using window 10, just follow step by step below, most of the case can be solved.
1. Press [start menu], select [setting],
2. Select [network and internet],
3. At network status page, scroll down the page, then select [network reset]
4. Windows will prompt you a message, just click [yes]
5. Then restart computer.
After restart computer, try reconnect wifi, you will need to select ssid and key in password.
