Tips : Macam mana nak melindungi maklumat sistem Scan QR Code Cashless dan memastikan maklumat anda selamat?

1. Guna pembekal perkhidmatan gerbang pembayaran yang diiktiraf oleh Bank Negara Malaysia. Terdapat 53 pembekal perkhidmatan bayaran internet bukan bank untuk peniaga - https://www.bnm.gov.my/list-of-regulatees

2. Pastikan QR code anda membawa pengguna ke halaman muka pembayaran gerbang bayaran. Sila rujuk contoh gambar beberapa halaman muka pembayaran KiplePay dan Razer Merchant Services. Anda juga boleh periksa dan memastikan maklumat ini melalui kod borang pembayaran halaman muka anda. Sila rujuk gambar di bawah sebagai contoh.

3. Selepas pembayaran berjaya, gerbang pembayaran akan hantar maklumat dan hasilnya balik ke halamn muka anda untuk diproses. Sila semak kod dalam fail yang dicetuskan oleh gerbang pembayaran sekiranya pembayaran berjaya. Pastikan fail ini mengandungi kod yang mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya sahaja seperti memberi isyarat kepada mesin pembasuh/pengering dan memaparkan maklumat pembayaran kepada pengguna. Sila rujuk ke contoh di bawah.

4. Setiap pembekal servis gerbang pembayaran akan memberi akaun peniaga kepada pengguna untuk mengurus jualan dan membuat pengeluaran. Sebagai contoh, gambar dibawah menunjuk akaun peniaga di Razer Merchant Service.

Tips : How to secure and protect your Scan QR Code Cashless system?

1. Use a payment gateway service provider which is recognized by Bank Negara. There are 53 non-bank online payment service for merchant - https://www.bnm.gov.my/list-of-regulatees

2. Make sure your QR code will bring customer to your payment gateway payment channel page. Below pictures show some example of payment channel page of KiplePay and Razer Merchant Services. You can also check and confirm this from your website form to make sure the payment request information is send to the payment gateway page. Kindly refer to the example picture below.

3. After payment is successful, the payment gateway will send information back to your website. Please check this file in your server to make sure it perform the appropriate action such as displaying the results to your customer and triggering the washer/dryer. Kindly refer to the picture below.
