LEBIH 800 PELAJAR SERTAI SCATCHATHON CODING CHALLENGE SARAWAK 2025, BUKTI MINAT STEM MENINGKAT

KUCHING, 27 OKT — Sarawak sasar lebih ramai generasi celik pengekodan atau coding dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) seawal peringkat sekolah rendah.

Timbalan Premier Sarawak Datuk Amar Profesor Dr Sim Kui Hian berkata ia adalah sebagai persediaan melahirkan tenaga pakar teknologi menjelang 2030.

Jelasnya lagi bidang itu diperlukan dalam semua sektor termasuk automotif, perubatan, malah peralatan harian seperti penghawa dingin dan vakum robotik.

Dalam pada itu, beliau memberitahu walaupun teknologi seperti Kecerdasan Buatan AI kini mampu membantu menghasilkan atau menulis kod secara automatik, kemahiran manusia dalam proses “debugging” masih amat penting kerana AI juga dicipta oleh manusia dan tidak sempurna.

Beliau berkata demikian semasa merasmikan majlis penutupan pertandingan Scratchathon Coding Challenge Peringkat Negeri Sarawak 2025 di TEGAS Village , hari ini.

Teks ucapannya dibacakan oleh Setiausaha Politik kepada Premier Sarawak, Kho Teck Wan.

Lebih 800 pelajar sekolah rendah dan sekolah menengah menyertai program itu sekaligus menunjukan perkembangan yang positif terhadap usaha melahirkan lebih ramai bakat dalam bidang Sains, Teknologi, Kejuruteraan dan Matematik STEM

Just wrapped up an inspiring 2- day Event at the AWS Solution Day in Kuching Sarawak. It was incredible to dive deep into the latest trend in ESG and connect with fellow tech enthusiasts. From insightful keynotes presented by Technologist & Leader from all around the world to the opportunity to discover new ideas and we have learned so much about ESG and how it transforms organization around the world.

Highlights included:
