If your printer is not printing colors properly, try these simple maintenance steps before sending it for repair.

✅ Step 1: Print Head Cleaning
Go to Printer Maintenance and run Print Head Cleaning.
You can repeat this 2–3 times, depending on the print result.

✅ Step 2: Ink Flush
Still having the same problem?
Run an Ink Flush (or Power Cleaning).
⚠️ Make sure each ink tank is at least half full, as this process uses a lot of ink.
