✅ e-Invoice 第4阶段
政府同意 延长过渡期至 12 个月
📅 2026年1月1日 – 2026年12月31日
在过渡期内，企业（尤其是中小微企业）可：
✔ 使用 合并 e-Invoice（Consolidated e-Invoice）
✔ 自开账单（Self-Billed e-Invoice）可合并申报
✔ 商品 / 服务描述 可灵活填写
✔ 过渡期内不罚款（前提：税务仍如实申报）
🧱 建筑材料批发与零售特别安排（2026年起）
🔹 交易超过 RM10,000
🔹 或 客户主动要求 e-Invoice
👉 才需要开立 e-Invoice
👉 其他交易 可合并处理
📌 减轻商家负担，同时让企业有足够时间准备。

✅ e-Invoice Phase 4
The Government has approved a 12-month transition period
📅 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
During the transition period, businesses may:
✔ Issue Consolidated e-Invoices
✔ Submit Consolidated Self-Billed e-Invoices
✔ Use flexible product or service descriptions
✔ No penalties imposed, provided tax compliance is maintained
🧱 Special Arrangement for Building Materials Sector (From 2026)
🔹 e-Invoice is required only if:
Transaction value exceeds RM10,000, or
The buyer requests an e-Invoice
👉 Other transactions may be consolidated
📌 This helps reduce compliance burden while allowing sufficient preparation time.

📢 LHDN Announces New e-Invoice Timeline

🗓️ e-Invoice deadlines have been revised for those with under RM5 million in revenue.

✅ Phase 1: Revenue > RM100M – Aug 1, 2024 (Implemented)
✅ Phase 2: RM25M – RM100M – Jan 1, 2025 (Implemented)
🔜 Phase 3: RM5M – RM25M – July 1, 2025 (Next)
🔜 Phase 4: RM1M – RM5M – Jan 1, 2026
🆕 Phase 5: Below RM1M – July 1, 2026
🚫 Revenue below RM500K: Exempted

🇲🇾 New Implementation Timeline for e-Invoicing (LHDN Malaysia)

📢 Important Update from LHDN on e-Invoice Implementation

The Government has announced a revised implementation timeline for e-Invoice obligations, especially for businesses with annual revenue below RM5 million, to give more time for preparation and compliance.

✅ New Key Dates:

📆 1 January 2026: Mandatory for taxpayers with annual revenue between RM1 million to RM5 million

📆 1 July 2026: Mandatory for taxpayers with annual revenue below RM1 million

🚫 Exemption: Taxpayers earning below RM500,000 are currently exempted from e-Invoice implementation.

During the 6-month grace period, consolidated e-Invoices are allowed for all transactions, but starting 1 January 2026, e-Invoices must be issued per transaction for transactions exceeding RM10,000.

Stay compliant, get ready early!

🇲🇾大马税务局更新 e-Invoice 推行时间表

📢 e-Invoice 实施时间延后通知（来自大马内陆税收局）

政府已宣布，针对年收入低于 RM5 百万的企业，重新安排 e-Invoice 推行时间，以给予商家特别是中小微企业（PMKS）更多准备时间。

✅ 最新执行日期如下：

📆 2026年1月1日：适用于年收入介于 RM1百万 至 RM5百万 的纳税人

📆 2026年7月1日：适用于年收入 低于 RM1百万 的纳税人

🚫 豁免群体：年收入 低于 RM500,000 的纳税人暂时获豁免执行 e-Invoice

在6个月的宽限期内，允许以合并方式开出 e-Invoice，但从 2026年1月1日 起，每一笔超过 RM10,000 的交易必须开出单独的 e-Invoice。

请提早准备，确保合规！
