Customer request to disable the laptop keyboard because some key jammed. So help customer to remove keyboard ribbon as customer using external keyboard and does not want to repair.

After remove ribbon laptop tested good no more key jammed.

Another PC coming in due to OVERHEATING 🔥🔥

Old PC need to replace Thermal Paste because thermal paste degraded over time and usage.

Opened up and replace Thermal Paste. Issue solve. Run diagnostic and tested good.

Does your laptop having fan faulty? Overheat? We can fix it!

This Laptop having issues with CPU fan. Suggest customer to change both fan as 1 fan life span almost reach while the other already jammed. Together replacing thermal paste and hardware cleaning.

After replacing laptop no more overheat and no more noisy fan noise. Customer also ask to reformat laptop. After all service done customer happy with all the work done. CASE CLOSED!!
