🚀 We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant to CEO

Join ARB IOT Group Limited, a NASDAQ-listed technology company providing innovative Internet of Things (IoT) solutions across ASEAN. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and strategic tasks.

💰 Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM5,000

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, emails, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate flights, hotel bookings, company events, and appointments
• Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
• Prepare and review emails, presentations, reports, and documents
• Assist with administrative work, expenses, and record keeping
• Support research, special projects, and strategic initiatives
• Track important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups

✅ Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Age below 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant supporting senior management
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
• Willing to work beyond office hours when required
