We are delighted to announce the rebranding of SysEra Technologies PLT to “SysEra IT Solutions” with immediate effect.

As SysEra is growing and evolving since the company started in 2016, we are now taking the opportunity to evolve our brand with a new brand image. We are still the same company, same team and providing the same excellent service. This rebranding reflects both the evolution of our company as well as its vision for the future. We have also chosen a new logo for SysEra that reflects a more modern look and captures our mission to deliver better service for our customers.

Since December 2019, actors behind the Maze ransomware operation began combining a previous attack known as leakware with ransomware. These attacks combine the classic ransomware attack with a leakware attack.

In a leakware attack, data of the victim is stolen, and the attackers threaten to publish the data if the victim does not pay a ransom.

Emotet first appeared as a banking Trojan and can reload and execute a variety of other modules
with other malicious functions. Emotet malware strikes primarily via spam emails and affects private
users as well as companies, hospitals, government institutions and critical infrastructures.

In addition to this spam module, Emotet can also load a worm module, which allows it to spread
independently in the company network. In extreme cases, an entire company must be rebuilt after
infection. The damages often amount to millions in losses.

Office located at Shamelin Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:
- On site services, attend installation and deployment, repairing, maintenance for server, networking, network security, computer & laptop, IT solutions and etc.
- Troubleshooting system & network problem and solving hardware/ software related issue.
- Installing and setup computer/ server operating system and application.
- After sales services, on site customer services, technical support services and providing technical support via onsite or via phone.
- Monitoring, updating and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Collection stock with suppliers and delivery to customers.
- Any others add-hoc assigned.

Job Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Information Technology or any related field.
2) Minimum (2) years working experience in Computer IT Technician or similar role is required.
However, fresh graduates/ without experience is welcomed to apply, training will be provided with contract.
3) MUST posses own transport and willing to travel outstation.
4) Able to work independently, troubleshooting skills, willing to learn, self-motivated & responsible.
5) Required language(s): Mandarin, English

Working days: 5.5 working days (Mon to Sat)
Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon-Fri); 9am - 1pm (Sat)
