On 29 June 2021, Tecforte was in a closed door Austrade (Australian Trade and Investment Commission) Webinar for a Panel Discussion during CYDES 2021 “Future of Cybersecurity Talent Development for Digital Economy”. The panel members consists of Ir Wan Murdani Wan Mohamad, Director of Infrastructure and Services, MDEC, Assoc Prof Dr Wan Zuhainis Saad, Director of Academic Excellence Division, Department of Higher Education, Prof Ir Ts Dr Vinesh Thiruchelvam, Deputy Vice Chancellor & Chief Innovation Officer of Asia Pacific University, and Aziz Hussein, Director, Business Development of Tecforte. Tecforte signed an MOU with Time dotCom Berhad (TIME) and LE Global Services Sdn Bhd (LGMS) during CYDES 2021 – The World’s First Integrated Cyber Defence, Cyber Security & Emerging Technology Event for the Global Community. The signing was witnessed by YB Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob, Senior Minister of Defence, Ministry of Defence Malaysia and YBhg Datuk Hj Rodzi bin Md Saad, Deputy Director General of National Security (Security Management).

The MOU aims to better assist organizations, including those in critical sectors, in increasing their cyber defence and cyber security awareness, in line with the Malaysian Cyber Security Strategy (MCSS) which was developed by National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA).
