The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and engaging with PayTrack's online community in a way which builds brand awareness. They will work cross functionally with marketing team to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities:
- To generate one content per week for PTEC i.e. write articles/case studies about online business successes
- To maintain social media accounts and interact with community member
- To generate articles to be published on news website/forum based on input from sales and marketing team

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mass Comm or Marketing is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
- Ability to quickly adapt to the marketing team's strategies
- Good communication and reporting skill
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
- Self-motivated, outspoken and good problem solving skills a plus.

The primary objective of this position is to use a variety of lead generation/marketing activities to generate appointments for PayTrack's sales team.

Responsibilities:
- To collect 50 quality prospects monthly online and compile into Excel.
- To qualify prospects into leads through effective communication.
- To hand over qualified leads to sales team for further action.
- To participate and work with sales team to follow up on leads

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
- Diploma or equivalent preferred, SPM/STPM/UEC holders are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and outspoken
- Good understanding of online businesses
- Coldcall outreach experience is a plus

How to qualify?
- Experienced with web-app (.NET/Java) or mobile development (Xamarin/Swift/Kotlin/Groovy)
- Experienced with development tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, Bamboo/Jenkins, and Docker for build and deployment workflows
- Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision

What to expect?
- Work within an agile development team and be accountable for refining business requirements, and provide sound technical solution.
- Design, develop, test, and implement programs/systems in line with agreed requirements.
- Quality is part of everything you do.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist with the analysis of requirements and the development of recommendations as to the systems approach to follow.
- Prepare specifications, tests, deliverables, acceptance criteria, time frames, etc. for software tasks.
- Analyze problems, develop and propose solutions to team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, prepare and give presentations to other team members, management and customers.
- Provide timing/scheduling estimates to team Product Owner and propose corrective actions to time lines when necessary.
Provide coaching and training to more junior team members based in PJ.
