Great teams aren’t built through virtual meetings alone. Sometimes, it’s about coming together, learning together, and growing together.
This week, our Indonesia team had the opportunity to gather in Jakarta for a full-day training session led by our HR Manager, Caleb T., who flew in from Malaysia to spend the day with us.
As a team that is often working remotely or on-site with clients, these moments are especially meaningful. It was a chance to reconnect over lunch, share plenty of laughs, strengthen our team spirit, and invest in what matters most: continuous learning.
Throughout the day, we explored how to better understand our customers, adapt to different situations by wearing different hats, strengthen communication and collaboration, and elevate the way we work as professionals. We also discovered new ways to leverage AI tools more effectively, helping us work smarter, boost productivity, and deliver even greater value to our customers.
Learning is one of the ways we continue to grow, not just as individuals, but as one team across borders.
