Today marks a special milestone for JurisTech.

For the first time in our company’s history, we celebrate the retirement of a colleague who has spent 25 years helping shape the organisation we are today.

While we are unable to disclose the identity of our colleague, we are proud to celebrate an extraordinary career spanning a quarter of a century. Those 25 years were spent supporting customers, solving complex challenges, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the growth and evolution of JurisTech through every stage of its journey.

Over the years, they have witnessed JurisTech’s growth through different phases, challenges, customers, technologies, and transformations. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have left a lasting impact on our teams and our customers.

When asked about the lessons that stayed with them throughout their career, one message stood out:

“Really understand the WHY behind every customer request and every change. Every nugget of information picked up will be useful at some point in the future.”

They also reminded us that credibility is built over years but can be lost in an instant, that solving root causes matters more than applying quick fixes, and that proper planning remains one of the most valuable professional habits anyone can develop.

What helped them navigate 25 years of change?

“Faith in yourself and knowing that you have colleagues to rely on.”

As they begin this new chapter, we thank them for their years of service, the knowledge they have shared, and the example they have set for future generations of JurisTech employees.

The technologies will evolve. The products will change. But the lessons shared by those who helped build the company remain timeless.

Your legacy will continue through the people you’ve mentored, the customers you’ve served, and the standards you’ve helped establish.

Welcoming the students from Monash University Malaysia to JurisTech!

During the visit, Caleb Nedu Tamilselvam shared more about who we are at JurisTech, our role in the lending ecosystem, and how our solutions support the loan lifecycle. Elena Tan and Ng Lik Sern also shared their personal career journeys and insights into the fintech industry.

We were also glad to have Naaman, our COO, drop by to share his perspectives and experiences with the students. The session was made even more engaging through presentations by the students themselves, where they shared their ideas and research topics with the team.
