About the job
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities
Identify target audiences and create marketing campaigns tailored to their preferences and needs.
Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and monitoring online advertising campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure effective campaign ex*****on.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, such as workshops, seminars, trade exhibitions, or webinars. This may involve coordinating logistics and venue selection, creating promotional materials, and managing attendee registration.
Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients and attendees.

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).. if you know Canva its a great tool too!
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Incentives
Salary range between RM3,000 - RM4,000
Group Insurance
Travel Allowance/Parking/Telephone
Yearly bonus and increment based on personal and company performance
