Responsibilities:

• Promote a variety of products from a number of different suppliers
• Basic understanding of market situation; potentials, opportunities, and threats
• Pose essential sales tactics in persuading potential and existing customers with the use of technical knowledge
• Account for customers’ and principals’ satisfaction
• Manage customers’ and principals’ expectations for a win-win situation
• Build an influential relationship with customers
• Able to see the product or service as a way to resolve or alleviate customers’ problems besides bringing the features and benefits of a product
• Increase current sales, achieve sales targets, and pe*****te new markets
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with customers’ and company’s expectations, upholding the image of the Company
• Provide customer support on technical and quality matters pertaining to individual sales
• Resourceful in sourcing alternative parts and solutions

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in sales, marketing, and technical field.
• Minimum 1 years Experience in sales with tracked records
• Excellence in verbal and written communication skills
• Excellence presentation and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic, motivated, good team player who is result-oriented and customer focused
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of Semiconductor processes
• Able to speak multiple languages is preferable

Salary: RM2,000-RM3,000
Monthly Allowance and Sales Commissions are provided.

Junior Data Processing Executive to perform the day-to-day data processes and any data processing inquiries. Attend any IT related inquiry from clients.

Responsibilities
• Have a basic understanding towards in-house data processing system’s processes and logic.
• Have a basic understanding towards Microsoft excel formula.
• Execute basic Microsoft excel to carry out day-to-day operations such as data validations, verifications, raise rectification request to related departments.
• Maintaining efficiency of the data processing processes in accordance with evolving company needs and technological improvements.
• Communicate with superior and peers from within departments or inter-department to analyse existing systems, ensuring that current needs are met, while planning for necessary future modifications and improvements.
• Attend to inter department colleague’s inquiry in relation to data processing with knowledgeable responses.
• Attend to basic IT inquiry and troubleshooting to solve the issue.
• Maintains current knowledge and report to superior as problems and needs arise.
• Self-learning on basic up-to-date tech program or usage.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Diploma or above in computer-related field required
• Have basic programming skill (in any programming languages)
• Experience in SPSS, Python or R will be given advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good in verbal and written communication skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office Excel or related software.
• Good organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of computer systems.
• Ability to explain data processing information in understandable language to agents.

A marketing associate is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. They understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior.

Specific job functions include
1. Compile the target customer list from LinkedIn, website, FB page etc
2. Create at least 2 posts in our social media and boost the campaign to reach the right audience. This include our FB, Instagram, YouTube channel and Lazada
3. Send email blast to target customer list once every 2 weeks for our campaign
4. Lead generation and appointment setting through emails, cold calls, LinkedIn conversation (we can subscribe a business account for him/her)

Skills & Experiences Requirements
1. Basic Graphic editing skill (Gimp or any open source image editing tools)
2. Basic knowledge for html and web content creation
3. Good English writing skill (preferable with Malay and Chinese writing)
4. Skill to manage FB profile, pages, post, ads and promotions
5. Good knowledge for SEO and related keyword search methodology
