It has come to our attention that two pages by the names of "Suria KLCC 吉隆坡城中城阳光广场", "Suria KLCC- LV store" and "Shop-hhiheib BR" have been created by a third party with an intention of impersonating and/or passing off the said page as Suria KLCC Mall. The said page seeks to engage potential customers in the purchase of goods directly, Suria KLCC Mall does not sell retail goods at any time, that is the business of our retail partners within the Mall.
The said page has, without our authorisation and/or permission, used or incorporated our trademark, tradename and profile image; and further, a page layout that is identical and/or confusingly similar to our official page.
We wish to put our patrons, customers and followers on notice that the abovementioned page is not affiliated with and/or associated with and/or permitted by and/or endorsed by Suria KLCC Mall in any manner whatsoever.
We strongly advise our patrons, customers and followers to only trust any information conveyed via our official social media or online platforms, and not to fall prey to any scams propagated by any third party pages which are not affiliated, connected, permitted and/or endorsed by us.
We wish to also inform you that we take this issue very seriously and are considering all possible recourse against the abovementioned entity. We will not hesitate to seek redress against any form of misappropriation to protect our brand, goodwill and reputation.
