✅ Setting the tone for the year ahead.

At our Firmus Sales Kick Off yesterday, we brought our sales team and business unit leaders together to align on our focus and strategies, with honest conversations and fresh perspectives across teams.

Beyond alignment, the session was about getting into the details, reviewing priorities, refining our approach to the market, and identifying where we can create more value for our clients.

Good to see strong ownership across teams as we shape what’s next.

Now, it’s about turning plans into action.

AI is no longer just a tool, it is becoming an insider.

It can access data, execute actions, and integrate deeply into business processes. The real question is no longer if AI introduces risk, but how much access and control we are giving it.

At FIRMUS, we believe the new cybersecurity challenge is not just external threats but managing AI as a trusted (and controlled) insider.

Organizations must start asking:
• What can AI access?
• What actions can it take?
• How is it integrated into critical systems?

Because once AI is inside, the risk model changes completely.
