Responsibilities:
โข Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
โข Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
โข Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
โข Undertake all other ICT related projects of the company
โข Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
โข To perform any ad-hoc jobs and reports as and when requested by The Management
โข To assist Technical Team in project deployment
โข To assist Technical Team in post-project Support & Maintenance
โข To Support Pre-sales & Sales in preparing documentation and Presentation
โข Ensure quality, efficiency and consistency of the assessments
โข To Support Pre-sales in providing end-to-end resolution to customer requests
โข Perform system integration and acceptance test
โข Involve in system implementation
โข Preparing project documentations including requirements, design, test results as well as manual and training documents
Requirements:
โข At least diploma or degree graduate in IT, Computer Science or any related IT field
โข At least 3 yearsโ experience in Windows /Linux Server
โข Basic knowledge in scripting. Bash, PowerShell, Java , JavaScript preferred
โข Experience in networking and infrastructure including storage, firewall, network switches and etc.
โข Any knowledge or experience in Public Cloud, Private Cloud will be added advantage
โข Any knowledge in Security Suite such as Sophos Central, Bitdefender, Microsoft Intune and etc will be added advantage
โข Any knowledge or experience in webservices such as DNS, proxy, email transport and etc will be added advantage
โข Ability to work with Team of Technical and Sales
โข Ability to work independently
โข Passionate and willing to learn new things
