IMPORTANT:- Today DBKL raided few cc in Kepong Prima and sita CPU by the hundreds - Orange, Invasion, MK2, SKY, spotlight, Summersurf etc for operating cc without DBKL license. Few operators did receive DBKL and Synergy Oracle warning letter early May but no one expect DBKL to act so fast!

Synergy Oracle is the registration agent appointed by DBKL to collect license fees and earn up to 25% fees collected as commission! Another AES in the works? Who is the boss behind it? (http://www.thestar.com.my/News/Community/2014/12/20/DBKL-appoints-registration-agent-to-keep-track-of-businesses/)

We advise cc owners to apply cc license early because the whole process will take more than 2 months. Although DBKL waived the RM150 per PC deposit, annual cc license still cost RM150 per PC. 50PC will cost RM7500 per year.

The absorbent fees is not our only concern because DBKL ruling require cc to close by 12 mid night! We invite all cc owners to band together to ride thru this DBKL storm. Fingers crossed.

Penyemakan borang untuk permohonan lesen DBKL untuk Pusat Siber & Kafe Siber

Langkah – langkah memohon lesen:

1. Isi Borang Komposit Permohonan Lesen Premis & Lesen
Iklan Papan Tanda (berwarna merah jambu) serta lengkapkan
6 keping borang lampiran lain iaitu salinan kad pengenalan,
pelan lokasi premis perniagaan, salinan gambar luar premis
perniagaan, salinan gambar dalam premis perniagaan, visual
iklan papan tanda dan gambar lokasi pemasangan iklan papan
tanda (berwarna putih).
Borang boleh diambil di pejabat DBKL, Jalan Raja Laut.

2. Hantarkan kepada:
Persatuan Pusat Siber Sihat Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
12-2, Jalan 4A/27A, Seksyen 2 Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala
Lumpur.

3. Persatuan akan membuat penyemakan dalam masa 1
minggu.

4. Wakil persatuan akan hantar semua borang yang lengkap diisi
ke DBKL.
