📢 New Feature Update — Malaysia e-Invoice Compliance in AutoCount Accounting**

Starting January 2026, LHDN requires transactions exceeding RM10,000 to be submitted as e-Invoices.

✅ What’s New?
AutoCount Accounting now supports a smart warning prompt to help ensure compliance:

* Applies to Sales Invoice, Debit Note & Credit Note dated 01/01/2026 onwards
* Triggered when Submit e-Invoice is checked
* Prompts if customer TIN is missing
* Uses local currency amount for multi-currency transactions

⚠️ The system will automatically alert users if a transaction exceeds RM10,000 and requires e-Invoice submission — helping you avoid compliance issues and missing tax info.

📢 Malaysia e-Invoice Update (Important Notice)
LHDN has announced that businesses with annual sales turnover for up to RM 5,000,000 must begin implementing e-Invoicing starting 1 January 2026.
However, businesses with an annual turnover or revenue of less than RM1,000,000 are exempted from e-Invoice implementation

If your business falls into this category, now is the best time to:

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – Latest SST-02 Form Format Amendment
Malaysia Customs has released updates to the SST-02 form along with new tax codes, revised descriptions, and updated mapping requirements.

📞 If your Autocount system uses SST-02 reporting, please contact us to schedule an upgrade.

Key changes include:
🔸 New and updated Exempted & Non-Taxable Services categories
🔸 Split of tax rows for 6% and 8%
🔸 Revised mapping for ESV-6, ESV-8 and new codes for B2B & Group Relief
🔸 Additional fields for Bad Debt Relief
🔸 New SST-02 layout sections for Items 11, 12, 13, 18(c), and 18(d)

These changes require system updates to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

We will assist with updating the tax codes, SST-02 mapping, and form output to match the latest requirements.
