*Range from minimum RM 100 to Rm 150 per computer
*Depends on the type of problem and its required solution
*Depends on the number of computers
involved (minimum 1 computer, maximum 2 computers)
*Depends on the complexity of problem and number of tasks requested/required by customer
Notes:
*On-site service - we go to our customer's premises to investigate and rectify the problem.
*On-site service rates includes cost of fuel, toll and parking charges. No hidden charges.
*For network installation and network commissioning jobs - please request for official quotation. Requires site visit.
*We provide One week Service Warranty for services rendered (free on-site labour charges on same reported problem).
*In line with industry standards - we also provide One-Year Product Warranty against manufacturer's defect for goods bought from us. On-site labour charges will apply after the One-week Service Warranty.
*Cash/Cheque on Delivery (COD). For networking-related projects, upfront downpayment will be required.
