Job Vacancy - Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
===================
• To handle All office administrator tasks.
• To perform general administrative and account duties
• To ensure proper documents filing for all related files.
• Preparation, checking and processing Monthly claims, invoices, payment records and all other related documents.
• Support HR department
• keep work area need and tidy.
• Follow instruction of the supervisor/ line leader when working.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management as when required.
• Working Days: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least secondary school/ SPM/ ”O” Level or equivalent.
• Mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

- Responsible for product launches, delivery customization and rollout of system enhancement.
- The Application Developer will be responsible for understanding the Business Requirements, defining and documenting gap analysis, appropriate logical and physical designs.
- To produce the functional and technical specifications.
- In order to complete the requirements of this role, the Application Developer will need to develop a good understanding of the application system design and data model.
- The scope of designs will include system development, static data/product configuration, correspondence production, interfaces to other applications, and reports.
- Perform System Testing/SIT and provide necessary support for UAT
- In dept programming knowledge and hand on is required to support current application model and enhancement.
- Able to perform daily production system application support, investigation and resolution.
- Able to perform Development/UAT batch support.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3-4 years working experience in system design and development
- Experience and knowledge in SQL Language and Java programming is a must. Knowledge of Java Eclipse SDK/ Web application development tools, Apache Java Tomcat web server, Java Web Application, Jboss, Jasper Report, Configuration JDBC Connection and SVN Versioning Control management tools will be advantage.
- Hands-on experience on web-based programming technologies & framework (E.g. Struts, Hibernate, HTML5, AJAX, JSP, web services, etc)
- Proficient in at least one commercial RDBMS (E.g. IBM DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, etc)
- Preferable with Life insurance knowledge background.
- Good team player and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to demonstrate good logical thinking and problem-solving techniques in a business and/or technical environment.
- Possess outstanding professionalism with pleasant attitude and personality

Key Responsibilities
=============
• Participate in testing of new release product to ensure the product behaves correctly.
• Prepare and raise defect tracking, report and story cases status to stakeholders.
• Analyze and verify the test result to ensure the output same as expectation.
• Enhance the existing automation code time by time, in order to cater the enhancement of IL screen.
• Coordinate with technical and BA during development cycle to conform end user product, requirements and deliver time.
• Adapt agile methodology for the development cycle, retest defect and case in order to meet the expectation.
• Work closely with Project Manager, Business Analyst and Technical Delivery teams to ensure quality of deliveries
• Perform and coordinate SIT and UAT activities
• Ensure complete knowledge transfer from external solution providers to provide effective support on systems after go-live

Key Requirements
============
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT application development environment.
• Knowledge and experience in Design, Solutioning and Development of Life Integral AS400 is plus point.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly proficient in oral & written communication (English).
• Able to analyze, propose solutions and workarounds.
• Strong problem solving, great logic and analytical skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
