Job Description
We are looking for an accounts and admin executive for general filing, inventory control, administrative and admin work. You will be responsible to provide accounting and admin support to the Head of Accounts and Finance across the group of Companies as needed.
Primary responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, journal, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Monthly Management Report, bank reconciliation
Manage and maintain proper records keeping and filing systems, including data back-up
Verify employee claims
Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts
Assist in budget preparation and review
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any adhoc task as assigned
Participate in office administration support such as issuing invoice, customer credit and debit note.
Maintain an orderly workflow accordingly to priorities.
Ensure all accounting related transaction timely and accurate.
Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
Requirements
Preferable with candidates can handle admin & accounting job
Independent, discipline, organizational, multitasking, hardworking and willing to learn. Good interpersonal and communication skill, with the ability to form good team work and with a positive work attitude
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software, Full Set Accounts will be an added advantage.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
