NOTICE OF RELOAD REFUND POLICY
In accordance to the Mandatory Standard for The Provision of Services through Mobile Virtual Network Determination no.3 of 2015 by Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission (MCMC)
Buzzme existing subscribers with underutilized Credit Balance with more than RM5.00 are advice to drop us an email at [email protected] for refund request before 31st January 2019.
Kindly take note that Buzzme reload voucher/pins will no longer available from our reload partners with immediate effect.
