I seek for lawyer firm to seek justice but was told:
* ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐. Supply agreement is with the registered consumer (me), not the tenant.
* ๐๐๐ ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ง๐ญ โ only the registered consumer is bound by the agreement.
* ๐๐๐ง๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ (๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง๐ ), leaving TNB with no one to pursue. Landlords are permanent traceable parties with assets that TNB can use to recover cost.
But the lawyer told me based on similar cases, I can try to fight to lessen the amount TNB Demanded (1.8 M).
