📱 Samsung A53 Suddenly Dead After a Drop? Here’s Why.

A customer brought in a Samsung A53 after it was dropped once and would not power on anymore.

After diagnosis, the current was stuck at 100mA, and the phone was not detected by computer at all. This is often a sign of motherboard-level failure, commonly related to CPU solder connection damage after impact.

We carried out a CPU reball / reinstall procedure, restored the connection, and the phone came back to life perfectly. ✅

💡 What can we learn from this?
A phone may look fine outside after a drop, but internal solder joints can crack from impact. When that happens, the device may become totally dead.

⚠️ If your phone suddenly cannot turn on after falling, don’t assume it’s only the battery or screen. Proper diagnosis is important.

iPad 2019 Suddenly Not Powering On – Error 4013 ⚠️

A customer brought in an iPad 2019 after it suddenly shut down while their child was playing a game. The device could no longer be powered on.

The customer had already attempted to restore the iPad using iTunes, but the process repeatedly failed with Error 4013.

After receiving the device, we conducted our own diagnostic and restoration attempt — the result was the same: unable to restore, with Error 4013 appearing again.

Based on experience, this issue is commonly related to a CPU soldering (logic board) fault, which prevents proper communication during the restore process.

🔧 Solution:
We performed a CPU reballing/reinstallation procedure, followed by a full system restore.

✅ The iPad was successfully restored and is now fully functional again.

🔍 After a detailed diagnostic check, we identified that the battery in the left earbud had failed, which caused the earphones to be unable to connect properly.

🔧 Our technician carefully replaced the faulty micro battery inside the left earbud and carried out a full functionality test.
