Dear Customer and partner

Kindly be informed that there are major network outage ongoing right now at our main ISP. This cause most of our international connection failed.

We will continue to update once we have more info from the ISP

We are sorry for any inconvenience cause.

Update 1:
This network outage happen to our AIMS facilities. Our CJ1 facilities doesn't affected by this outage.

Local customer re-route to another ISP and service to local customer should be able to access your server now. However your server communication to the international traffic remain affected

International customer access to server at AIMS remain affected.

Update 2:
Please be informed that there was fiber cut detected and the restoration is still in progress, our last mile provider's core fiber has been badly damaged and rectification is in progress. The fiber cut has happened at Cyberjaya along MEX highway due to road construction.

Please be informed that the restoration progress is completed and we will continue monitor the network.
