PERKONGSIAN 1 HARI 1 HADIS

✨Awal Pagi Waktu Barakah✨

عَنْ صَخْرٍ الْغَامِدِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهَا وَكَانَ إِذَا بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً أَوْ جَيْشًا بَعَثَهُمْ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ وَكَانَ صَخْرٌ رَجُلًا تَاجِرًا وَكَانَ يَبْعَثُ تِجَارَتَهُ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ فَأَثْرَى وَكَثُرَ مَالُهُ
قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد وَهُوَ صَخْرُ بْنُ وَدَاعَةَ

Daripada Shakhr Al Ghamidi, dari Nabi SAW, baginda mengucapkan: "ALLAAHUMMA BAARIK LI UMMATII FII BUKUURIHAA (Ya Allah, berkatilah bagi umatku di awal pagi hari mereka). Dan baginda apabila mengirim expedisi atau pasukan baginda mengirim mereka di awal siang (awal pagi). Dan Shakhr adalah seorang pedagang dan ia mengirim perdagangannya di awal siang, maka hartanya bertambah banyak. Abu Daud berkata; ia adalah Shakhr bin Wada'ah. (Sunan Abu Daud No: 2239) Status: Hadis Sahih

Pengajaran:

1. Awal pagi adalah waktu yang banyak keberkatan dari Allah.

2. Rasulullah mendoakan umatnya keberkatan pada setiap waktu pagi.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِأُمَّتِي فِي بُكُورِهَا

(Ya Allah, berkatilah bagi umatku di awal pagi hari mereka)

3. Perkataan bukur (بُكُور ) bermaksud awal pagi sehingga terbitnya matahari. Syeikh Abu Usamah Salim dalam syarah Riyad as-Salihin menyatakan: waktu yang terbaik dan berkat. Menghidupkan waktu pagi merupakan sunah Nabi SAW dan amalan orang yang berjaya.

4. Hadis ini menunjukkan bahawa waktu awal pagi adalah waktu penting untuk melaksanakan kerja-kerja penting dan utama. Elakkan waktu awal pagi dengan kerja yang kurang manfaatnya seperti tidur selepas subuh.

5. Shakhr al-Ghamidi menjadi kaya raya dan banyak harta antaranya kerana ia mengikut sunah Nabi SAW dengan memulakan perniagaan di awal pagi.

6. Waktu sebelum terbitnya matahari umpama waktu rezeki diluluskan manakala apabila terbitnya matahari, waktu rezeki diagih-agihkan.

Rebut dan manfaatkan waktu penuh keberkatan di awal pagi dengan melakukan kerja bermanfaat seperti waktu untuk belajar, waktu untuk bekerja dan memulakan perniagaan. Pekerja Kesuma Bangsa.

Calling out for fresh graduate and experience worker!

We are hiring a R&D Electrical Engineer in Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities:-
1. Participating in development activities (Design, Drawing, Prototype building, Testing, etc...)
2. Analysis, writing technical document and evaluation test reports.
3. Components, parts, and product evaluation and approval.
4. Liaise with supplier on material specification.
5. Set-up test & measurement system.
6. Study & development for a new product and existing product.
7. Independent and self-motivated working style.
8. Participation in project and handover meeting.
9. Responsible for new model/product development.
10. To support in product design and monitoring testing equipment, etc.....
11. To ensure the work is done according with development schedules.
12. Communicate with other sections or departments (PQ, PP, PE and QC).
13. Handling comment related to HW (Safety Dept., QC, Factory, Buyer, Market and PE).
14. Liaise with toolmaker and molder on parts quality.

Requirements:-
1. A Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
2. Experience in Conceptual Design and working knowledge of Design gateway Zuken would be an added advantages.
3. Experiences in LCD/LED TV technology, PCB drawing and punching are an advantage.
4. Analytical, well-organized, numerate, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision in a high pressure multicultural environment.
5. Strategic thinker, innovative, resourceful, result-oriented & good communication skills.
6. Posses high level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
7. Willing to travel and work overseas as required.
