3D Laser Scanning and Modelling for National Archive Building, Kuala Lumpur

For the purposes of building maintenance and renovation, our client request to digitized the building into a BIM (Building Information Modeling) using relevant software. We are successfully to design, supply, delivery and commissioning of 2 set Integrated Water Purification System at 2 difference locations which is Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Runchang, Pahang and Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Ulu Geruntum, Perak.

This project is collaboration between Ministry of Higher Education (MOE), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Advanced Membrane Technology Research Centre (AMTEC) and Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP).

Special thanks to Prof. Ts. Dr. Juhana Binti Jaafar, Dr Ng Bee Cheer and Mr Sohaimi from UTM Johor Bahru and school's representatives for their commitment to ensure this project complete within time frame.

Our client wants to relocate the location of structure to another drilling rig hence a accurate dimension are required to smoothen the process.

On 21 March 2024, we have completed a repairing and replacement job for Ductless Chemical Storage at N19, Faculty of Chemical and Energy Engineering, UTM Johor. This job include replacement of erLab GF4BE Filter and Saturation/Services Testing (using PID Meter). Just complete repair and service work for Firing Furnace at EO2 Building, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering UTM.

Thanks to Mr Saleem, assistant engineer for EO2 laboratory (Makmal Tuangan Logam) and Mr Suzaimi, our technician ensuring progress complete within the timeframe.

Repairing and service work include replacing default part of the heater element, ceramic ring and insulator, fiberglass blanket, and other small parts.

Glad that we are finally complete to supply, install and training for Motor Transformer Maintenance and testing training system to Vocational College Pasir Gudang under Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET) programme. Special thanks for Mr Arif and team for their endless cooperation with our technical person, Mr Abdas from delivery the item until training session complete.

Fyi, DLWD-DJB02 Motor Transformer Maintenance and Test Training System is the training platform for remove, rewind, assembling, test, data analysis and other skills training of single-phase transformers, single-phase capacitor induction motor, three-phase squirrel cage induction motor and separately excited DC motor etc.

The equipment is also equipped with three-phase AC adjustable power supply, DC power supply, DC measurement instrument, AC measurement instrument & digital multi-function wattmeter, Motor power supply and test instrument. Beside the above instruments, there are motor inserting tools, Manual digital winding counter.
