All tv problem we can repair, but is it worth the price. So, sometimes we will just inform that it can't be repaired, especially those tv with more than one fault. (Basically it is just too costly in our opinion)

Screen blank, boleh on, ada backlight, ada suara, tak auto restart.

Habis check, jumpa masalah, chipset rosak. Bukan sebab petir. MB ni kiv dulu, Supplier dah mula cuti kat China, bulan depan baru order chipset. Sekarang ganti seketul board settle tv customer dulu.

Bila mula ada kes macam ni, bermakna model TU, AU, BU kemungkinan akan ada masalah yang sama di masa akan datang.
