IOS18 WARNING !!! DO NOT UPDATE !

It seems like Apple may be locking all devices which has been repaired in the past and present.

If you are using a beta version of IOS18, you can still donwload it back to IOS17, but that may not be possible in the future.

Here is a summary of what can happen in the near future. All devices since Iphone 11 has a serial number tagged on the Batttery Management IC (BMI) and if you replace the battery using a different BMI, you will get a notification saying "unable to verify this iphone has a genuine apple ..... " This serial number is bound to the phone motherboard and if the serial number pair is invalid, the above message will show

Over the years, Apple has used this method of pairing on other devices such as the display, camera, haptic touch etc.

Fast forward to IOS18, it seems like Apple may block all phones which have had their parts replaces by independent in the past, present and future.

Long story short, if you have had your phones repaired outside, PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE TO IOS18

For our customers who have had their batteries replaced by us, we always use back the original BMI board from your original battery, hence it should not be affected. Unless under some conditions the BMI needs to be replaced, please do not upgrade your device.

Some iPad model screens are pretty expensive to replace. But if you don't mind the fine hairline cracks, you can install the MOSS Nano protector and the self healing OCA will fill up some of the cracks and make it less visible and best of all, not cut your fingers anymore.

MOSS nano protectors have oleophobic properties and oil from the fingers don't stick to its protective coating. Even if it did, a simple wipe will get the surface clean again.

Of late, there has been some request on the difference between China grade and Original grade LCDs. So we have taken some pictures to help you see for yourself the difference.

The China grade backlight is probably dimmer as compared to the original ones, but the color is just as impressive.

China made products have indeed come a long way. What do you think?

For those of you who are experiencing this No Service problem on Iphone 7 or 7 Plus, it DOESN'T MATTER if your device is PAST THE WARRANTY PERIOD, Apple will replace / repair this problem for you free of charge.

The new Iphone 7 is just launched and we have got our hands on a unit.

Described by many as one of the finest iphones ever built, we can understand why after spending an afternoon playing with the new iPhone 7.

For the iPhone 6s and 7, the design looks about the same. The earphone jack's have been taken away to make room for an additional set of external speakers. The music comes out loud and clear.

The processor is a new generation which Apple promises to be super fast.
