🔍 *AutoCount transaction was modified, but you don’t know who changed it?*
In daily operations, you may come across situations like these:

❓ Who modified this Invoice?
❓ When was it modified?
❓ What was the original information?
❓ What exactly was changed?
AutoCount provides an *Audit Trail* feature that helps you track changes made in the system, so every important action can be traced clearly.
With Audit Trail, you can check:

✅ Which User made the changes
✅ The date and time of the modification
✅ Which type of transaction was changed
✅ Whether the action was Add, Edit, or Delete
✅ Related Event Messages and modification details
For business owners, finance teams, and management, this feature makes internal control more transparent and helps you trace records quickly whenever an issue occurs.
📌 *Simple Steps:*

Go to *Tools > Audit Trail*
Set the Date, User ID, Event Type, or other filter conditions, and you can start checking the relevant records.

Payroll done… but payslip showing EMPTY? 😱
Don’t worry — most of the time, it’s because your payroll is still NOT COMMITTED.
Before payroll is committed, AutoCount HRMS only allows you to preview the Draft Payslip. The official payslip will not be available yet.
✅ How to fix it?

Go to your processed payroll
Click Commit All
Click Yes to confirm
Done! Your payroll becomes official and the Actual Payslip can now be previewed.
💡 Remember:
Before Commit = Draft Payslip
After Commit = Actual Payslip
So next time you see an empty payslip report, check whether the payroll has been committed first. 😉

📢 Important e-Invoice Update for Businesses!
The mandatory e-Invoice implementation threshold has been increased from RM1 million to RM3 million.
📅 Effective 1 September 2026
Businesses with annual turnover or sales below RM3 million that meet LHDN exemption conditions may be exempted from implementing e-Invoice.
✅ Annual turnover / sales below RM3 million
✅ Must meet LHDN exemption conditions
✅ May qualify for e-Invoice exemption
Not sure whether your company is eligible? It’s best to check with your Tax Agent or Accountant before making any changes to your e-Invoice setup.
