Datakraf Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive IT Project Executive to assist in the planning, coordination, ex*****on, and monitoring of our IT projects and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✅️Project Coordination: Support project managers in developing project plans,
managing schedules, and tracking milestones.
✅️Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare meeting
minutes, and compile regular status reports.
✅️Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication among project
teams, vendors, and clients.
✅️Tender & Proposal Management: Assist in compiling financial proposals and t
Tender documents, and monitor ongoing submissions.
✅️ Admin Support: Assist with project-related administrative tasks, travel
arrangements, and basic procurement processes.
Requirements:
✅️Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Project Management, or
related field.
✅️Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Prior experience
(1–3 years) in project coordination or tender administration is an added
advantage.
✅️Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and proficiency in MS
✅️Office Suite. Familiarity with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) and a
basic understanding of SDLC/digital transformation is preferred.
✅️Attributes: High attention to detail, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-
paced environment.
