💰 Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,700 (depending on experience; negotiable)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support to customers via phone, chat, or email
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
Record, track, and follow up on support tickets
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Training will be provided
