We are glad to announce that on 8th October 2018, Connect Seven Solution Sdn Bhd was awarded the contract to implement and support the new Call Centre and CRM solution for Private Pension Administrator (PPA - https://www.ppa.my) Malaysia. The solution will enable PPA to provide better customer service to their members, public and providers.

Announcement: GST 0% from 1st June 2018.

As per the instruction of Malaysian Government, effective 1st of June, 2018, all solution and services will have the GST set to 0%, down from 6%.

Malaysian Contracts: All existing Malaysian contracts that were partially paid until 31st May 2018, will have the GST set to 0% for remainder of the contract payments. GST payments collected prior to 1st June 2018 will not be refunded and will be paid to Malaysian Customs.

International Contracts: This does not effect any existing international contracts as they are already GST exempt.

Clients are requested to contact their account manager for any further clarifications.
