For decades, organisations have managed software through IT.
But AI Agents are different.
They don't just process transactions or display information. They can understand context, execute multi-step workflows, collaborate with people, and increasingly make decisions within defined boundaries.
That raises a management question—not just a technology question.
If AI Agents become part of how work gets done, should we continue managing them like software... or start managing them like members of the workforce?
This idea became the foundation of our recent presentation at HR Carnival 2026, and later evolved into the 𝘏𝘙'𝘴 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘐 𝘈𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴.
