我们Mailbox 关门，熄灯了。

谢谢这么多年的顾客、朋友。
我们搬了 三次店，
你们还是 die die 跟着我们。

真的很感动。

这些年，我们拼过。
也真的很努力。

我们增加服务、
延长营业时间、
增加人手。

很多人看到的画面是：

每天门庭若市。
顾客排长龙。
Parcel 多到像一座山。

很多人也看到：

我们从 1500 sqft 的小店
搬到 10000 sqft 的厂店

不到两年，
再搬到 50000 sqft 的超大厂。

外人都说：

“哇，你们生意很好哦。”

但很少人知道一件事。

我们其实已经连续亏损了5年。

是的，
整整五年。

但我们还是每天开门。
还是继续撑。

不是因为我们亏不起。
也不是因为没人来。

反而是因为
你们一直来。

所以我们才舍不得关。

但是今天，
很无奈地要告诉大家：

Mailbox 要关门了。

不是成本问题。
不是生意问题。

而是有些服务，
我们已经 没有办法再完整提供给大家。

做服务行业，
如果不能做好，
不如不要做。

所以我们决定，
这个月尾，正式收档。

谢谢这些年来
来寄过包裹的你，
排过队的你，
陪我们聊天的你。

一间店会关。
但这些年的 人情味，不会。
