In many factories, vibration checks still rely on periodic manual inspections.
And the problem with that?
Machines don’t fail on schedules; they fail when no one is watching.

That was the challenge faced by Mutiara Jayateknik Engineering Sdn Bhd. Critical machines needed closer attention, but manual checks left too many blind spots. Small vibration changes could go unnoticed… until downtime became unavoidable.

So they built a system that listens continuously.

Using IRIV PiControl together with IRIV IO Controller and industrial-grade vibration sensors, they created a real-time monitoring setup that tracks machine behaviour around the clock. Vibration data is collected, visualised, and pushed to dashboards with alerts triggered the moment something feels off.
